We had Concord come in and clean our carpets as we were moving out and it was required. I never even thought to call anyone else. When we moved in there were stains that we were told had tried to be removed three previous times and couldn’t be. On our move out Concord got them out, I told the management company we were renting from that they should use Concord. Heck everyone should use Concord!!

Justin came to our house late on Christmas eve, and helped save our holidays entirely after our water main blew. He was quick to react to our flood, gave us good advice and provided clear and quick communication throughout the entire process. I was easily recommend Justin, and would use him again without hesitation. Thanks again Justin

Made a call to Justin not knowing how much work we possibly would have. He came right away and assessed the damage to our rental unit. He started immediately cleaning up after the water damage. I would highly recommend him and our insurance broker assured me that they use Justin many times and trust him. It was nice knowing that our place was looked after so well. In the last year I’ve had a sewer backup and a flood both times I called Concord they arrived right away to save the day. The service is great wonderful people to work with. I highly recommend concord for any restoration needs.

We have dealt with Concord on two different occasions they are by far willing to go above and beyond all expectations!! Had a pipe burst in my home and wasn’t sure what to do. Called my insurance company and they gave me the names of a few companies that I could call. One of them was Concord. Called Justin and he explained the process and they had equipment in my home asap to get things dried up. Justin and his crew worked to do the repairs in my home after and I was extremely pleased with the work done to get things back to normal. I would highly recommend them anytime!
